canola seeds

Canola is native to areas with a continental climate, in western Europe and western Asia. A clear oil that can be used for many purposes is produced from the rapeseed. Canola oil is a component of some cooking oils and is used to make vegetable fats, chocolate and pastries. Thanks to its antioxidant substances, rapeseed oil acts as a radical scavenger with a cell protection function. Rapeseed oil is also being used more and more in cosmetics, because the vitamin E and provitamin A contained in rapeseed oil protect the skin from dangerous free radicals and thus from premature skin aging. In addition, vitamin E keeps the skin supple and soft. Lecithin is known for its particularly moisturizing effect and contributes to an optimal moisture balance.
